HOW?
Through activities that stimulate the interaction between education, communication and investigation, we have the purpose of bringing the participants integral experiences, in order to understand science from different perspectives: mind, emotion and action.
Rationality, in order to develop a critical way of thinking in the face of the challenges given from the scientific and technological advances. Emotion, in order to approach, realize and incorporate these matters in everyday life. Action, in order to generate participation channels that make us feel part of the decisions taken in the science and technology domain.
For us, the education is an integral process in which the knowledge is built from asking questions, instead of learning answers. The investigation is a basic part of every individual learining experience. In the institutional level, it should be a transparent process of construction of knowledge in which everybody could take part from our diferent social roles. Finally, we thinkg that the communication of scientific and technological issues does not consist in imposing the laymen an "expert" idea, but it is rather a multidirectional process, where everybody has something to say and has an opinion to share.
